Safe Home for Veterans™ Keeps You Equipped and Informed
The Safe Homes for Veterans™ program provides a general home inspection at no cost to sponsored veterans. The primary objective is to identify unsafe living conditions and major defects in the veteran’s home. Additional value is added through individual interaction, care, and courtesy during the inspection process and through education and advocacy for other local, state, and federal resources for veterans and their families.
Safe Home for Veterans™ is Not for Real Estate Transactions
The Safe Homes for Veterans™ general home inspection follows InterNACHI and Ohio’s home inspection standards of practice but is not intended to be used as a report for real estate transactions. The inspection is not a check on code violations, and the results are only shared with the sponsored veteran homeowner.
