About Your Home Inspector

My name is Jason, and I am the owner and lead inspector for Brand Property Inspections. My experience is rooted not just in numerous rental property ownership and maintenance but also in being a high school science teacher for ten years (sure helps with explaining things during the inspection), serving 24 years (and still going) in the Army as an enlisted Soldier, officer, helicopter pilot, and much more.

Coming off my third overseas deployment in the last seven years, I decided to make a career move that maximizes my experience, talent, and professionalism. Trained by the HomeSpection® Training Institute in Canton, I am proud to say I was born, raised, and serve Northeast Ohio.
